The brief
AlignX is a patient-focused case management system built for clinical teams coordinating care operations. It provides a comprehensive case lifecycle with status management (New, Open, Solved, Active), priority levels (Normal, High, Urgent), and multi-category issue tracking. The platform includes a photo gallery with modal carousel viewer and zoom capabilities, requester/assignee management, date range filtering, and team management interfaces.
